I hired WF McCain because I needed a site plan and flood calculations for a tiki hut. I hired him in August of 2020. Had to sign a 7 page contract with pricing and payment requirements etc… he dragged his feet month after month while sending me an invoice for payment even though he had yet to produce anything I could use. Month after month more invoices but no site plan with calculations. After several months he produced a site plan that was immediately rejected by the village of Islamorada. I have had the pleasure of working with McCain and Associates for over 2 years. Their knowledge and diligence on recently collaborated construction projects is outstanding. Bill, Tom and Linda are phenomenal - I hope our paths cross again soon.
For 3 months been trying to get a phone call back not one time did I get a response. A simple job to be done, and 3 months were wasted for nothing . At least the integrity to call back but endless messages left , and not a call back. Definitely not a way to do business.
