I called this local company out to clean the carpet in two bedrooms because they were local and have good reviews. When the tech arrived he immediately raised the price to remove stains and I understood and agreed to pay. He started cleaning with a machine he rolled in and I thought he was pretreating. Before I knew it, he was done. I thought he would follow up with the heavier truck mount carpet cleaner, but that was it. Will definitely be using their services again!
