Reliable and helpful. A pleasure to patronize. Nobody knows everything -- Phillips figured out and solved my motorcycle key problem and made me factory new keys when nobody else even had a clue. Their competitor did better on finding a different sort of key, but they tried to be as helpful as possible.
I had a great experience with Phillips. Saved me in a pinch, very reasonably priced, the tech was very nice.

They have what you need, and they can do most minor lock setup or repairs while you wait. I'm happy I found them.
