By all means avoid this lawyer my case went on 7 years yes 7 years and this whole time he new and planned to through me under the bus. My case had no evidence against me other than the other parties word. Friesenhan played into the prosecutor hands and during recess we caught them several times cutting it up laughing together in the halls. To me it appears that your mind is still craving to be an Assistant Texas Attorney General for the Criminal Law Enforcement Division. If you prove me wrong I will apologise but so far I doubt you will. You seem to just settle with what the prosecutors office lays on the table day one and then the fight is over (except when it comes to bounced checks, DUI or DWI) for your clients.
