I share everyone’s opinion in these reviews. Both my dad and my son are patients of his. I think Dr. Doty is an absolutely brilliant and caring physician. However…. bringing politics and the Covid vaccine lecture into healthcare is incredibly in poor taste. I am proud of my 23-year-old son’s decision to NOT be vaccinated. Dr. Doty is very knowledgeable and very diligent in his practice. He explains everything thoroughly; he listens and is patient. He is easy to contact on the phone. His staff is helpful and makes every effort to accommodate scheduling and helping. I definitely recommend Dr. Doty as a wonderful cardiologist who takes care of his patients.
I concur with Chris Lane's review of this practice. I went in for a normal follow up appointment and when the covid vaccines were mentioned, he completely changed his attitude. He said I would be the reason everyone gets sick and I am the problem. He also mentioned that I can't believe everything that I see on Fox News or believe everything Donald Trump says. 0/5 stars. Dr. Doty openly shamed our Grandmother when she said she doesn’t take the Covid Vaccines. He said “Oh you must watch Fox News or Drink the Koolaid.” He made it political and shamed her for her decision on what she wants to put in her body. The NP was also very rude to her, arguing about blatantly incorrect notes they had on her charts. These people are rude and condescending and believe they are better than you. Don’t make Healthcare Political.
