Not sure what to say here, love the people i work with, but the inconsistency with getting equipment fixed without doing it myself is a big issue. Also not having good access to operational arrowboards at times. Big inconsistency with getting certain information about changes in policies is also a big issue. Great company to work for
Looking for traffic control good place too wor
One of their employees drove over my lawn. When confronted he started cussing at me and said he was just turning around. I told him that was no reason to drive on the grass and there was no reason to curse. That of course led to him cursing more. A belligerent attitude is not acceptable and was uncalled for. He could have merely apologized and promised to be more cautious about where he drove and that would have been the end of it.
