Navis seemed very eager to give me a bid and take on my project. When the time came to start, I stopped receiving emails, and call backs. When I stopped in the office to see what was up, my paperwork got handed off a couple times, and then got a load of excuses. Talking to other local excavation companies to get a new bid they all had the same response " Navis is known for doing that when they don't want to take on a job " I took my project to a different company who wanted my business and stayed in communication with me.
Horrible company to do business with. They won't work with you on pick up arrangements. Never answer at their office. Driver was extremely rude! Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They are a horrible company!!!!
