I had such an amazing experience at W Cosmetics Wetherill Park thanks to Heidi, the manager. She went above and beyond to help me put together a skincare routine. I never felt rushed, and she was so knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about helping me find what would work best. Went into the store looking to purchase makeup and the worker, Joy, was incredibly kind to assist my needs and helped to find the exact products I needed and further recommended other products that aligned with what I want! Incredible service. :)
I entered the store having a photograph of a product "Cure" Aquagel from the W website. Showed it to the only staff member at the time. This was on a Saturday. She took me to a product that was completely different stating "We don't have it". Didn't even have the initiative to do a product search on the system. After a few minutes through the aisle I found the product myself. Took it to the counter and was like "I found it." Didn't phase her at all. Malaak was an absolute delight to be served by. She took the time to help me find the skincare and makeup products I needed assistance with and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew her products. Her excellent customer service is the reason I’ll be coming back to shop again. Thank you, Malaak, for such a wonderful experience
Very disappointing experience at W Cosmetics. We asked Joy for help finding skincare products, but she seemed uninterested in assisting us and told us the product we were looking for wasn't available. We ended up finding it ourselves in the store. The situation became much worse when Joy followed us into another store and accused us of stealing the eye cream, claiming she had seen us put it in our pram and that it was on CCTV footage.
