Nice store. However, some feedback. In the most respectful way, when a costumer is looking like she needs helps right next to counter and employees are chatting. I think it’s wise to ask if they need help. Especially if they have been standing looking curious for about 10 minutes.
I was a bit disappointed today after asking one of the staff (a man) politely in the store on the floor if they had any lip tint in stock?. He answered quite rudely and instantly no and continued to stack his items on the shelve, (as if helping me out was such a bother to him). I found this incredibly rude and unhelpful, so I then asked the sweet lady on the resister. She was kind enough to actually leave the counter to assist me in finding the lip tint despite people lining up for her assistance. Please hire more people lik... read more
