Every time I visit this Wcomestics store, I always have such a lovely experience! The workers provide good service, especially Joy!She always assists me whenever I come with a specific product I’m looking for. I highly recommend this store! !
Came in today, service was amazing as I was shopping for my little sister. Management by the name of Heidi was wonderful in assisting us and being interactive with my sister.
Staff were very friendly during my visit there. Especially Olivia who helped me out with my skincare problems. The customer service was so amazing they had such good knowledge of all the products and wasted no time in helping me with their recommendations.
I have been here quite a few times and unfortunately most of the time I’ve had bad experiences with staff. I’ve been looking around for certain products and no one has offered to help me, so I have had to go find the staff member who is standing at the desk talking to each other. Most of the time I’ve come in however, it’s for a product that is popular and continues to sell out fast.
