One of the male staff is extremely rude and lacks basic manners. I was waiting at the counter for 5+ minutes, which is fine is the staff is busy with other customers or store business, but this man was recreationally chatting with another person whilst seeing that we were waiting to be served. When he finally came, he looked so rude and his expression looked like we ruined his entire day by buying one item. Why work here if u don’t now what the shops stock told someone if the had something and the said what like 4 times until the figure it out told someone if the had something in stock and yeh said no it’s on sale that didn’t make any sense but ok worst customer service ever don’t come here if u looking for something the wont help you shop
Don’t go to Stockland wetherill park Fairfield, workers are very unprofessional, I had horrible experiences here, completely rude and busy showing each other photos and talking instead of helping customers, however I do recommend the one in parramatta better customer service and way more polite
Nice store. However, some feedback. In the most respectful way, when a costumer is looking like she needs helps right next to counter and employees are chatting. I think it’s wise to ask if they need help. Especially if they have been standing looking curious for about 10 minutes.
I was a bit disappointed today after asking one of the staff (a man) politely in the store on the floor if they had any lip tint in stock?. He answered quite rudely and instantly no and continued to stack his items on the shelve, (as if helping me out was such a bother to him). I found this incredibly rude and unhelpful, so I then asked the sweet lady on the resister. She was kind enough to actually leave the counter to assist me in finding the lip tint despite people lining up for her assistance. Please hire more people lik... read more
