Lovely staff and great product
The store is well-organized and the purchase experience is really amazing.
The store is clean and well stocked and I do love the range of brands and products available. What was disappointing, however, was the customer service. Both times I visited to purchase makeup and skincare products, there was no effort to greet/offer assistance even though the store was not busy. When I asked one of the sales assistants a question, she answered me quite dismissively. Any customer making a purchase at a store should expect to be treated with more respect.
