Don't trust Mary's service! She just told the exact same thing to all customers, claiming she "uses it herself " for multiple different products. But those products are USELESS at all! (and girls go to Amazon to check the price before you shop here and you will find surprise)
Omg I visited today and although most things are in stock and its an easy layout to find things, the staff especially the blonde girl was being very sarcastic with a customer. I heard a customer asking a question, only to get a sarcastic reply from the staff. I felt embarassed for the customer. Although she was nice with me, there are genuinely people who are still new to Korean/Chinese/Japanese skincare and need advise. Like girl, be a bit more customer service oriented..
