Rudest customer service in any W cosmetics store especially from Mary
I have visited on two occasions, and I believe there is an opportunity to enhance the customer service experience.
I visited the strathfield store today around 2:00pm and intended to make a purchase. However, I decided not to buy anything due to the poor customer service staff at the counter who was a Chinese girl. The staff member who assisted me responded to my questions in a very dismissive and unhelpful manner, and her attitude was rude. As a result, I put all the items back and left the store. I recommend going to a different branch instead.
