I bought the Fino Hair Mask for $18 on 24/10/2025 and paid $50 cash, yet the staff who was working the cash register at around 12:55PM still had the audacity to ask me and argue with me to pay an extra 20 cents for a bag when you could've just made the total $18.20????. Absolutely ridiculous! For a store like W Cosmetics, you’d expect better customer service - instead, they were stingy and rude. Would never recommend this particular W Cosmetics to anyone.
Really happy with my experience here! Jiaxin was incredibly helpful and friendly — she made me feel comfortable right away and gave such good advice on what would work for me. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while 💕💕
Great product range, disappointing customer service. I was looking for assistance and noticed two staff members standing together having a chat. I waited nearby, hoping one would notice and offer help. Instead, they saw me, smiled in a way that made me feel like I was interrupting, and continued their conversation.
