Very unprofessional staff. Today I bought this product from the store. The cashier asked if I wanted to become a member, and I politely said no. Because of that, I was charged $18 instead of the advertised price of $14.40. When I asked why I wasn't given the discount, I was told that the $14.40 price was only for members. Unfortunately very poor service from staff. Came in a few days ago and was greeted by a young dark haired Asian lady who, when I asked for recommendations on some good eye patches, just shrugged and pointed to this tiny section where there were like three options. I kept waiting for her to say something else but nothing, she didn’t even recommend me anything. So pointless. Very disrespectful

this is for taylor the really nice lady who helped my today and also served me. i bought 5 medicube deep peptide radiance masks and told her i would leave a review to let her know what i thought of the masks. i tried it and it is super nice, my skin was very very glowy and soft and even the mask felt really nice and i would recommend and is actually my new favourite mask so i will be coming back to buy more!

I love this store! I buy stuff all the time. Very glad they brought a store to the Gold Coast I recommend it all the time to people 😋

Staff are all generally friendly, however, nobody provides assistance or asks if you need help unless you ask them first. I was also cut off in line by another customer and the girl at the counter did not have the customer move to the back of the line.
