this is for taylor the really nice lady who helped my today and also served me. i bought 5 medicube deep peptide radiance masks and told her i would leave a review to let her know what i thought of the masks. i tried it and it is super nice, my skin was very very glowy and soft and even the mask felt really nice and i would recommend and is actually my new favourite mask so i will be coming back to buy more!
I love this store! I buy stuff all the time. Very glad they brought a store to the Gold Coast I recommend it all the time to people 😋
Staff are all generally friendly, however, nobody provides assistance or asks if you need help unless you ask them first. I was also cut off in line by another customer and the girl at the counter did not have the customer move to the back of the line.
Had a nice shopping experience! Lots of products and finally got my hands on canmake makeups! The staff are lovely and the store is nice :) they definitely need more staffs though to help the customers
The shop itself has a great range of products I have been to this Robina store 3/4 times and have made a purchase every time some over $100 but unfortunately each time I have never been greeted by staff,I have also wondered around trying to find an item (10-15 mins) no one has ever asked if I need any assistance so I have too approach a staff member myself for assistance to find a product only because I’ve needed a certain item ,next time I need something if I don’t at least get approached by a staff member I will never retu... read more
