Train your staff I asked her if they have tsubaki shampoo products she says no we do not have sell shampoos at all of any products but I was checking other stuffs I saw the stocks shelf . And later on when I brought the shampoos she didn’t even said sorry I had no idea about that whole time she was playing with her nails her customer service was so bad . Have on check on the staff
A lovely place, wide variety of food and beauty fashion choices. A kind lady, I think her name is Charlotte was very kind to assist me and toon her time to explain things to me as I didn’t know what some things were. Thank you Charlotte dear, I will come back.
Good service
This store has very bad quality service. They put irrelevant items (original price) in the sales areas and deny everything. Then, the staff serving us, walked away and refused to serve us. When we complained, the other lady did nothing about it. We decided not buy the remaining stuff and left, terrible experience.
