I love korean skincare and makeup so we made the trip all the way to Chermside to visit this W cosmetics and I almost cried. The staff are extremely rude, will look you up and down while frowning, ignore your questions and leave the counter when it's time to pay. You will be sized up and dismissed in this store, I don't know if I've had a worse experience with retail employees, coming from someone who worked as a beauty advisor. I ended up putting my items back and leaving empty handed

Extremely poor customer service at W Cosmetics Westfield Chermside. There is absolutely no clear checkout queue in this store — no floor markings, no signage, no directions at all. A staff member vaguely told me and another customer to “line up there” without explaining where. Since I was next to be served and no one else was lining up, I stood behind the customer who was checking out. Checkout area really needs a clear queue system. Customers were standing everywhere, making it confusing to find the end of the line. Adding some floor markings would make a huge difference in the shop. also, the staff is not very helpful, I thought you were the customer lol
