They have such a great range of products, and the customer service is always amazing. The staff are so lovely and always take the time to guide me based on what I actually need and recommend products that are right for me. I always leave happy with my purchases and feeling like I’ve found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely one of my favourite places for beauty and skincare!
Giving one Star because no option for 0 star. Really rude, liar and unprofessional staff. I used to regularly go to W cosmetic and now I would rather change my skin care or buy from a different shop than go here ever again. I literally saw staff giving away free samples to their friends and I thought its some promotion and when I asked them about it they straight up lied to me about running out of samples. i have been customer since this shop opened only in Sydney. Also, all staff members in other locations in brisbane are good. Only this branch, the staff member at POS made me feel i shouldn’t spend any money at this shop again.
I really like this shop, there are plenty of Korean and Japanese cosmetics at a pretty reasonable price. One thing I always feel is that I really wish they would make it clearer where to line up at the cashier. I believe they want people to line up on the right but there are always people who line up differently and it’s awkward to determine who goes first.
