Jade is such an amazing and good worker on the times that I have come and interacted with her she was super helpful and had a great attitude, she was also super knowledgeable on the products and what to recommend!
I visited W Cosmetic on the 28/08/2025, planning only to replace a bottle of BB cream I purchased in yr Macquarie store. Lily was helping a couple of lost western customers and I could see the smile on their face as they moved to the counter with a full handful of products. I quickly approach her and asked if she could help me find the BB cream but unfortunately it wasn't sold at yr Chatswood store.
