Jiji was so helpful! I usually spend a long time in store trying to find my products and feel overwhelmed until Jiji came along and helped me with so much efficiency! Genuinely shocked at her professionalism and kindness! Her attentiveness made my entire day Thank you again!

Disappointing customer service experience on 14/12/25 at 6:50pm. I visited the store to ask a trainee retail assistant whether a particular item was in stock. I was told, quite dismissively, that “everything on the shelf is what’s available,” despite my past experiences at this same store where staff have checked drawers and back stock for items not on display. The trainee first tried to brush us off when we asked about stock of a product. Immediately told us no, without checking. Eventually, agreed to check. Said no, again. We asked about another product, and she outright refused to check for the second product. We were the only customers in the store - literally a case of “would rather do nothing than try to help a customer”.
