A huge thank you to Ora and Even for an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, both of them were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find exactly what we needed. They took the time to listen — really listen — to our concerns, our preferences, and what we were hoping to achieve. Instead of rushing us or pushing random products, they carefully guided us toward options that actually matched our skin tones and suited our individual needs.
Rude staff. I asked a question & the girl ignores me & started talking with her colleague in Chinese. I was the only customer in there! Way to lose even more business guys, no wonder why it's dead. I would highly suggest better staff members.
My best retail experience in a long time! Maggie was incredibly friendly and greeted me warmly as soon as I walked into the shop. After I explained my skin concerns, she offered thoughtful recommendations and clearly demonstrated her deep knowledge of the products. I truly appreciated her professionalism and genuine care.
