I come here very often but I've never had a good experience with the staff there. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, unbothered, and seem like they don't want anybody there. I was super excited that a W Cosmetics had opened in Belco, but now I think I might just go back to shopping at W when I am in Sydney.
Fairly pricey, but they stock a cream that really helped me.
One staff member told me that their products are only suitable for Asians with white skin and not for Asians with dark skin. I found this extremely rude. This happened at the Belconnen store. Although she spoke in a friendly tone, she told me not to use the product, claiming it could “shrink wrinkles,” while looking me up and down from head to toe, which felt very judgmental. Staffs are rude idk why
Went in a couple of days ago and it was in a pretty disgusting state. It was disorganised, dirty, and just gross. The testers were crusty, had oozed everywhere and clearly no one had cleaned properly in a while.
