I visited this branch last week and asked a worker to help me find the box of a lip product that was on display. When I got home, I looked up the product online and realised that he gave me the wrong product - not just the wrong shade, it was the wrong product entirely. Luckily, I didn't open the packet, otherwise this would have been a waste of money. I will need to get a refund because I don't want to shop here again.
