Dr Jackson is unprofessional and does not care about his patients. My father is 85 just had 8 cm of his colon cut out from cancer and this smart guy decides to not fill his pain medicine. Due to an error on his part. I would not recommend this doctor as he is incompetent and not up to the task. If you admit your mistake then say it will be called in then have your nurse call right at close to say Dr Jackson cannot fill it. What a coward move. My Husband has been seen Dr. Jackson for the past couple of years due to his cancer! He is 85 years old and due to Dr. Jackson and his scheduling team. They made an error and scheduled him for April 3. His refill on his medication was due on March 7 which is today. I called the office three times they even lied to me and told me the prescription was approved and they would be calling it into the pharmacy and give me a courtesy call back to let me know that.
