I had my carpet cleaned today and was assigned a worker from Hartford Carpet Upholstery Cleaning although I had called the number for W.C. Carpet Care. The person came the same day I called and did a good job cleaning, given that there were some difficult spots, although not all of the spots came out despite several tries. When it came time to pay, he said that if I paid by check, I would have to make the check out to him, not his company, so I said I would charge the amount. The tech gave us some excellent information to maintain our clean carpets, and it's best to get them cleaned every 6 months...no comment on how long since the last time.We are excited for our newly cleaned carpets. and will be sure to schedule again.
These guys were awesome! The rep called back right away after my online request for a quote. They arrived early after a polite call ahead of time. Did a great job on grimy carpet. Will use them again!
