Beautiful modern hotel, the service is impeccable. A bit disappointed that restaurants & bar were not open on Sunday nights. Good gym with proper equipment.
Before we had even checked in the staff were nothing short of brilliant! It was my partner‘s birthday weekend and they made the process of organising cakes, balloons etc seamless. No question was too silly for them. Minor issue - we ordered a cake with a happy birthday message on it. The cake that got delivered didn’t have my partners name on it, it had “Travis” 🤣 whilst it was funny and it’s now a little joke, it was a bit disheartening that I paid a lot of money for a small cake and they couldn’t get his name right.
