My preferred hotel in Brisbane — consistently excellent I’ve stayed at W Brisbane 5–6 times over the past few months, and it has become my preferred hotel in Brisbane. When priced similarly, I would choose the W over alternatives every time — there’s nothing else I’ve stayed at on the same level in Brisbane. The rooms are a standout — large, modern, and fully electronically controlled. Everything feels current and well thought through. The xx07 rooms seem to be suites. They have a ‘party’ room which set up as a big lounge and your own personal bar area plus a restroom. Then you have a separate large bedroom, and then a large bathroom with double sinks, double showers, and a large soaking tub. The location is excellent, staff are very guest-focused, and the food was quite good. Gym had a comprehensive equipment list, and the pool area had a lot going on.
