Every month I look forward to my appointment, Alessandra is extremely professional and I love the vibe of the salon. Everything is always clean and the location is extremely convenient. Your won’t regret!
Trying to book an appointment today and had to leave a message. I got a call at 5:10p that I almost missed and the response over the phone was rude. I left my name, number and the tote of appointment I was looking to book. She barely enunciated her name enough for me to hear. I kindly explained I’m not sure what her tone was for, but I was looking to book what was mentioned in the voicemail. She says “Okay, have a nice day” and hangs up the phone.
