Dr. Gilbert always greets you with a smile and takes the time to review test results, any necessary course of action for treatment if necessary and answer any questions that i might have.
First off, I love seeing Dr. Gilbert. He referred me to an oncologist that performed cyber knife radiation that lowered my PAS score to .04. However when I need to speak with a medical team member, it’s nearly impossible to connect with someone. They never pick up when you call and they do not call back during the timeframe promised on the voicemail. Other than this, and it’s not his fault, his practice is awesome.
I have seen Dr. W Barritt Gilbert and he has done two urethral dilation on me in the last 10 years. He is a great doctor and has a great bedside manner. He listens to what his patients has to say. He explains everything well and has compassion. Great doctor.
