Roads are filled with potholes
High Lot rent: “ Highest in town” Roads are garbage, zero lighting at night, 8 street lights: 2 work. Trailers are sinking. I foresee mine breaking in half, in the near future. Already been leveled once, in the 3 years I’ve here. Property taxes on the land for owners. However you also pay lot rent, but, but, you have no say in what they decide to do with the property inside or outside your fence line. It once was a clean trailer court. For the last few years it turned into a dump. Trashy trailers and yards, roads are terrible. Not only do we deal with muddy road, we also deal with bad, bad potholes. I pay almost $ 600.00 lot rent, but for what? Maintenance is pathetic. Clean up our trailer court, please.
