Two years ago, we rented a property in North Melbourne with W. B. Simpson. It was a positive experience. Sally Priestley was our agent and was extremely helpful.
⸻ “Extremely unprofessional. The agent confirmed a house inspection Norwood Close, Flemington and never showed up, with no call, no email, and no explanation. Completely disrespectful of my time. If this is how they treat potential clients/tenants, I can’t imagine what it’s like once you’re dealing with them long term. Would not recommend.
A good plan and process resulting in an excellent result. A very honest and straight forward agent. Richard had a well thought-out sales plan for our situation, he was always informed, straight-forward and realistic in managing our expectations. The process of the sale was managed efficiently, without a hitch, it was all well organised and stress free from our point of view. He was respectful and thorough in dealing with potential buyers, and achieved an excellent result for us.
Recommend for sales in the area, knowledgeable, professional and communicative throughout process. Richard was great.
