Ira did a great job of keeping me informed with repairs and completing them in a timely manner. He was very friendly and professional.
Imma give a one star solely on the cashier. Her attitude sucks and don’t care about customers time. As truckers we a limited to time. But she don’t mind talkin to other ppl in office instead of getting the driver out in a timely manner. Always on her phone or watch instead of doing her job! If you are in a timely manner crunch just don’t come here cause she will waste your day!!! But the guys working in the shop do quick and good work.
Yan came out and saved me!! I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with trailer brakes that were stuck and wouldn’t release. When he arrived he quickly found and fixed the problem. Replaced the valve and fixed the problem in about an hour. Now I can continue to deliver my load. Thanks!!!
