Stopped in for a reefer software upgrade and we discovered a broken cross member on the frame also. Both repairs were fixed as a drop in and I was in and out in 3 hours. Top notch service from Benjamin and Yan. If you have trailer troubles, bring it here and get treated righ!!!!
⭐ 1-Star! Extremely Disappointing Experience — Hidden Fees and Intimidating Behavior. I brought my 2015 Utility 53-foot reefer trailer to W&B Service Company for a routine annual DOT inspection. I was quoted 129 dollars, but my final bill came to 175.76. The invoice included 129 dollars labour, 30 dollar Disp/Tech Fee, 12.90 shop supplies, and 3.86 taxes. Waited 2 hours for the technician to show up, after an hour was told it would be another 30 minutes! Still waiting! Looking to take it somewhere else!
