Checked in drop trailer and they jumped right on the job
My husband and I came here for repairs on our APU Wednesday, May 29. They went above and beyond to get us fixed up asap. They even were able to squeeze in an emergency repair for our reefer trailer! Office personnel are very friendly and have great customer service. Sergio Rivas did an outstanding job. Unable to locate and identify the leak he took the steps of going clear around the entire truck to seal the exterior area of the top of the truck. He inspected all areas of top side of the truck In our opinion, Sergio Rivas did above and beyond his job thank you W &b service company out of Lufkin

Had a belt snap on my reefer heading south to Houston. Luckily this shop was on the way. Had a lady come out as soon as I parked. She got my info and Roy got on it quick. Got the belt replaced quickly and reefer back running. Definitely appreciate the awesome customer service. I recommend this service shop.
