I’ve been a patient of Allen Whitten for over 10 years. He’s excellent—always takes the time to listen to my health concerns and works diligently to get to the root of any issue. The staff is always helpful and nice.
Worst office staff to deal with. Especially the billing department. Doc Jenkins was fine, but all the rest of the interactions are terrible.
I've been a patient of Dr. Jenkins at Elite Family Medicine for about the last three years and it's always been a great experience for me. Some of these reviews don't describe anything I've experienced or witnessed there. They've almost always gotten me in on time and have been very efficient with any tests that are needed.
Absolutely thrilled to be a new patient of Dr. Jenkins! After years of dealing with the incompetent administrative side of Columbus Clinic and declining care from my previous practitioner, I decided it was time to move on. Elite Family Medicine is a true breath of fresh air. Dr. Jenkins (and his nurse Amanda) took their time and actually listened to me, asked tons of questions, addressed ALL of my concerns, and seemed like they truly cared about my health and well-being. A dream come true for me.
