After years of service, the company decides to increase my insurance policy by double the amount (they claim to have sent an email that I've never received) upon informing me of a late payment immediately cancel my policy. They charge me $148 of cancellation fees on top of the 80$ I would owe for the 3 weeks I was covered under the policy. No one informs me of the change and they refuse to credit fees.
