Its been almost impossible to reach a real human to discuss a warranty issue. My calls keep rotating in queue and when I get to the operator option it puts me back into queue. I finally did reach a real live person and had a set appointment for today but no one has called to give me a time of arrival and I don't want to be waiting at home all day for someone to come whenever that is.
