Working with Vytex is great! They have great products and their staff is very helpful. Communication and customer service from them is top tier!
Went to talk with someone here about seeing some product. Woman on the other side of the glass wouldn’t open the door so I could talk to her. Basically just ‘shooed’ me off.
Springs which hold double panel windows are weak and must be replaced every few years even if you never opened your window. I pay for permanency not cheaply made items which need known repairs ever so often. I got my vytex windows through Champion company. I wanted a more secure window than what came with my house in 2001. Due to allergies, I don't use any of the windows, not even to clean the exterior side.
