Vytec installed 22 windows for us around 15 years ago. We had a picture window that went bad. They came and replaced it for us, we did have to pay for the installation but it was a great experience all the way around. Thank you Vytec employees!
Have been trying for 10 days to speak to a live person or get an email response for warranty work. Just like other manufacturers, a bunch of empty promises. Buy your windows elsewhere.
The employees at Vytex are fantastic. Brooke Ratcliffe, Julia London, Erin Mitz Lynn Moran are incredible helpful. We use the Vytex Fortis windows. I believe it is one of the best products out there. High quality. Clearly the factory cares deeply about the final product.lastly, we needed service for our windows. Bill Reynolds came out. He’s fantastic. You can tell he believes in Vytex and service. We are thrilled with every part of Vytex. Great products. Not a hedge fund but a family owned business. Thank you again
