I have been with Vytal Living for 2 years now. What started as helping me deal with symptoms of perimenopause, lead into my overall health. They explain everything well and genuinely care about how I feel. Lisa works out a plan that is best for me and my overall health. I know everyone's opinions are different though and it's possible this just wasn't a fit for me, but I think it's important to share my honest experience: I began my journey with Vytal Living with my first phone consultation in February of 2025.
