Recently obtained a mortgage from vystar. Not the pleasant experience I had 10 years ago in the same situation,when the Title Agency was on Wesconnett Blvd. They have told me different things for the 4 weeks it took to close.Up to the day of closing my mailbox had a final closing letter with the wrong amount listed for "cash due at closing ". I will never use Vystar Title Agency again. After months of emailing sent to the title clerk with her comments our team is working on it. I suggest you get a lawyer. They did nothing except keep us hanging for months on in. We left Vystar Title Agency and went to Title America when in 3 weeks we had our property we was trying to buy in our name boom just like that.
