I was beyond disappointed by my experience here. I was asked to leave before I had the opportunity to explain whether I wanted to do business with them from the parking lot. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming i wouldnt recommend anyone to bank with vystar. I hope they improve how they treat and communicate with potential customers.
Jessica was amazing!!! We had tons of accounts to close and she was so sweet and helpful throughout the process. She was full of information and went above and beyond.
I have been a member of this credit union, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. For the past three days, I have been trying to reach the branch for help with my online banking and have been unable to reach anyone. I also tried to contact customer service, but the extended wait times were simply not feasible for me.
