New to this bank and branch. So glad I came to the villages location. Charnetta Godfrey-Taylor and the assistant manager were awesome and knowledgeable. I needed to open up a few accounts and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Her professionalism and efficiency made the process effortless, and it’s evident she thrives in her role, leaving a positive impact on those she serves.
This is the best experience I’ve ever encountered with a banking institution. The staff and assistant manager were welcoming and helpful. I was able to conduct the sad business of closing my deceased mother’s accounts in the best possible manner due to this staff’s kindness and professionalism.
