Tori was the best one I had since I've been with VyStar. Very patient
I noticed a weird charge on my mobile app and instead of contacting the call center, I stopped by my nearby downtown branch & I am so glad I did! Yasmine helped clarify to me what pre-authorization charges are, and helped me get my credit card updated from a previous version to their new cash back credit card. She was so friendly and accommodating, that I can't wait to work with her again when it comes to my banking/financial needs!
I entered into a legal contract for a car loan under the impression that I would be able to utilize my credit card to make monthly payments My payment was scheduled for the 15th of each month.
