If you want to close in a timely manner on a mortgage or refinance you need to go somewhere else. The mortgage department is slow and rude. They make you jump thru ridiculous hoops to drag things out until they get around to it. They will wait until the last minute on a Friday to ask you for "one more thing"
Attention social media Vystar credit union will NOT SETTLE an old card I had back in 2004. They just want ONLY make money off you. DONT GET A VYSTAR CREDIT CARD. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! My whole story is posted on the BBB website.

Vystar is strong and secure. I've been a member 15+ years Now living out of state I still rely on Vytar services.
This was the worst banking experience I ever had in my life at the VyStar Branch located in Middleburg. My wife and I attempted to open an account after relocating to Jacksonville just to have a local bank. I gave the clerk my information and immediately without my authorization she pulled some type of credit inquiry. Well that inquiry pulled up a cancellation fee from another credit union that needed to be paid before an account could be open.
