This was the worst banking experience I ever had in my life at the VyStar Branch located in Middleburg. My wife and I attempted to open an account after relocating to Jacksonville just to have a local bank. I gave the clerk my information and immediately without my authorization she pulled some type of credit inquiry. Well that inquiry pulled up a cancellation fee from another credit union that needed to be paid before an account could be open.
