My experience VyStar CU has been terrible. The DMV provides better and faster customer support than VyStar. It is common to spend close to an hour on hold. There is no email listed on the website to contact customer support either. Constant updates to their internet banking system makes it unreliable and often times unavailable. But forget trying to call them for customer support as they do not answer the telephone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this credit Union "in my opinion".
