Unfortunate to write this review because Dr. Rao was excellent; however, navigating the office staff is nearly impossible, so I can no longer see her. The office staff mixed up my medical records and tried to tell me that they had no record of an appointment with Dr. Rao and that I met with Dr. Luu. I had never heard of Dr. Luu and they said that I must have forgotten my appointment with him. I told them 10 times that my doctor was Dr. Rao. Dr. Rao listens to me, is quick to do an ECHOCARDIOGRAM when needed, EKG answers questions, uses my input (like if I do or don’t want a certain test done). She is gracious and likable and has always steered me in the right direction. We discuss meds. She is a GEM!
Very amicable. Familiarity with my cardiac history. Schedules necessary testing expeditiously. Explains conditions with clarity. Answers any patient questions thoroughly.
