Had a leak on Sunday night. Replied to message first thing on Monday but was fully booked. Squeezed me in first thing today (Tuesday). Investigated the leak and confirmed could fix but needed a part which he went straight to collect. Came back, fixed it and now I have hot water again. Professional and responsive. Thanks so much.
Came out to boiler repair, told us it was in warranty and didn't charge for the call out. Would use again!
Had a plumbing emergency and need a call out. Plumbed for this guy at random but he was brilliant. He came straight out, was really professional and did a good job, he was polite and helpful. Can't say anything bad. I would definitely use him again and I've saved his number!
Absaloute hero. Gave this gas engineer a call because we were not getting hot water in our apartment. He turned up in just over an hours time. He managed to fix the problem there and then it turned out something to do with the pressure. Thanks vyner you saved the day now we don't need to have cold showers.
