Their sales sold us a lemon and parts refuses to honor the ten-year extended warranty, conveniently finding loopholes every time. Despite a known parts issue acknowledged by a Volkswagen engineer we know, we have been on the hook for replacing the clutch TWICE and in less than 20,000 miles and their only explanation was for the man to say to my wife, “you must be a terrible driver” rather than anything about mechanics that might call the issue. 2 star is for the guy in stores who don’t want to work in the evening. Even I shown him the invoice number he want to know what are the items ordered. But Frank helped me ASAP and got my items within 5 minutes.
