Heads up: This review was when the company was owned by Valetel!!!! NOT MORAN...... The New service gives me PTSD..i.. But my Warrenty is through them so im stuck. Begrudgingly After a horrible experience and alleged 3 day wait for a tire warranty at Ed Rinke dealership. Valetel Buick GMC service advisor Michael got me in and out in less than two hours. It was good and timely service and they cleaned my truck!! Thank you for quality service!!! Your kindness will not be forgotten 🫶
Buick Service department was amazing. Chris & Evan helped me and went above and beyond. Had a bad experience with sales dept many years ago but their service dept definitely made up for it. Highly recommend 👌
