Customer service rep that took information from me for a routine oil change was a very irritable person I asked to check a tire for a slow leak He Snapped back saying $29.95 IF it’s patchable From his tone I said never mind I now will take my car to a local tire dealer And Never come back to this service center again Sorry if you were having a bad day But shouldn’t snap on customers I definitely didn’t want to match his energy
