Something bad showed up on an X-ray and I went to dr Vyas, who performed first a colonoscopy then further, more extensive tests. He made me wait days, and pay for an office visit, to simply tell me that everything was fine, even after I called twice to get the test results. He refused to call me back because “ it’s against his policy” to give any results over the phone! Made me worry for days unnecessarily!!
