Terrible bedside manner was very rude towards my myself and my mother when I asked questions about her health
My first appt waited 3 hours. 2nd appt waited at least 1-1/2. Staff is rude, lied stating that they were with retired Dr. Maniers office. Doctor Vyas doesn’t take notes, the nurses do her work for her and they aren’t knowledgeable, trained, or skilled in order to do it. One nurse specifically was beyond rude and made threats. She came out into the waiting area and used her physical body to assault me and ram into me bc I was requesting my medical records. Complete and utter disgust with dr
Staff from the front desk to the iffice manager are incredibly rude. They told me repeatedly that I must have medicaid even after telling them that I didn't. Also were insistant that I must have a referral even though I specifically purchased a plan that doesn't require a referral. Refused to listen anything that I said to them.
Dr. Vyas was very compassionate and through during my hospital stay April 3rd to April11th. I suffered a stroke and was fortunate to have Dr. Vyas for my neurologist.
Very knowledgeable expertise. Excellent assessment and treatment. Have recommended her to others and they have had similar experiences.
