I had the misfortune of dealing with your employee that drives your company vehicle from Norwood every day. He is an older, Angry, husky, man who has road rage and likes to intimidate female drivers in your company vehicle. He break checked me coming down Norwood hill which did not effect me because I had ample space I wouldn’t of even known it was a break check if he hadn’t been screaming at me in his mirror and flipping me off. Jarrett from Vyanet was really helpful and professional as he replaced some batteries on our older leak detectors today. Vyanet has always answered the phone when I call them, and they're quick to send someone over to help me out....called them with a problem at noon today and they were here within the hour.
Jarett was our trouble shooter today for a fully discharged battery. He was extremely cordial and efficient. We would highly recommend him.
