We have been using Vyanet for over a decade and have been very happy with the product and Service. Have to give a BIG shout out to Bryan Gilles, our favorite tech. He never fails to thoroughly inspect the system (beyond what it is needed for the service call) to insure he can troubleshoot any issue before it happens. His professionalism, patience and caring exceeds expectation every time.
Brian was absolutely fantastic in every way. We have a large home and wanted to have our system thoroughly checked, which required someone very organized to keep track of all the various entry points, smoke alarms and motion detectors on two levels +garage. There was also some trouble shooting involved since we'd had our internet equipment completely reworked the previous day, which caused some problems with the alarm system. Our tenant moved out stoped the monitoring fire panel service. Fire marshal called me told me I have to keep the monitoring going until the next tenant. I called Vynet to reestablish the service. A woman answered “hello” I asked is this Vynet? “ Oh yes it is she answered” I told her what I needed. She could not find the account said someone will call me back.
