Your wrapping around the sterile water for humidifiers is the dumbest thing I've ever seen or HEARD. Why tf would you make the wrapping out of the loudest material on the planet when you know that stuff is uses in a medical setting where people could be sleeping?????????????????????????????????
Worst tech support in the industry by a long shot. Even giving a one-star review is giving them to much credit
No one knows what is going on with their customers. Everything is on backorder. And while I'm being nitpicky, one journey through their 8 bit phone system menu is a sign of how amateurish their corporate culture can be. They simply couldn't care less about their customers. And that goes for the sales staff, tech support, customer service and ESPECIALLY their training staff. Worst company ever! Don't waste your money. AVOID!!!
Mark Cole in Technical Support is absolutely wonderful! We worked together all day trying to troubleshoot the Vyntus One, and after his persistence and five phone calls, were able to fix the issue! Thanks again Mark!
