Very efficient front desk staff. Love Dr Shabeena.always kind and answers all my questions
The wait time is crazy. They make you wait about 2 hours every single time. And when you go inside the room, you wait around half hour more. Also, everytime you call them, the front desk puts you on hold for atleast 15 mins every single time. Only reason giving one more extra star is because NP Odmene Sanon has been very helpful. She makes sure she ask a lot of questions and makes sure they are treating u properly.
G/f arrived at Dr Office before they open on Saturday 9/27 to have a blood test . They were not even opened yet, it is now 0930 in the morning and she is still waiting while the two secretaries behind the desk are having breakfast , my G/f also wants to have breakfast . When asked why is taking so long I was told there is only one nurse in the back , well is 941 am she arrived for a blood test at 800 am it’s not good . They have zero care for their patients and horrible management also terrible customer service.
I was trying to make an appointment with DR Jivani but no one picking up my call since 2 weeks, also I text but no reply
