Horrible company. I have tons of call center experience but they refuse to hire me. It’s insane. I have applied for a job there many times but they just completely refuse to give me a chance. I’m never applying for a job there again. It’s extremely pointless and they’re seriously not worth it!!!!!
Terrible place to work mangers are rude and hardly help nobody likes it there all the employees complain and management just seems annoyed all the time I wouldn’t recommend working here at all!
Put a time clock at the front door. I saw so many people get PIPs because the time clocks are on their computers, which take 5-8 mins to log in to. Maybe this is on purpose. You can’t get your bonus if you’re late.
