This is by far the WORST company I have ever interviewed with! First thing the recruiters and interview staff are very RUDE and passive aggressive. You ask them a question and they answer it as if the question you asked is not valid. Secondly why am I sitting on a zoom call with 30 almost 35 people for almost 8 hours….and then told if I can’t complete the entire process today I would have to reapply with in 90 days. I spent nearly 4 hours on a remote group hiring call with this company, only to be told at the very end that I needed a hardwired internet connection immediately — something that was never disclosed beforehand. The communication was disorganized, rushed, and incredibly unprofessional. Worse than that, the tone used with applicants was condescending and borderline disrespectful. Basic questions were met with sarcasm, and it felt like the candidates were being mocked more than supported.
I worked here for 30 days. The most unprofessional call center I've worked at.
