I brought my GTI here after CarMax told me they couldn't handle the repair and to take it to the dealership. A tech named Bob diagnosed a blown turbo and a leaking radiator, both covered under my warranty, which was great news. That's where the good part ends. While it was there, my battery — which was fine right before, and which I drove straight there from CarMax with no issues — died on their lot. Bought a used Acura there and had a problem driving home, contacted the salesperson and the GM Joel. I think his name (sorry)-repaired it no questions asked great job! when I’m in the market for another used car. Definitely gonna stop and check them out. Recommend these people.

Josh our salesman helped us a lot We had to trade in my wife car he was great at showing us a mess of cars within our/ her budget Then worked with us on a couple of details what with our perks and the car she picked out everyone from the sales staff to the service department were very helpful Not the first time I've dealt with them my car came from them will be back

I am dissatisfied with my experience at Safford Volkswagen of Fredericksburg. My brand-new 2026 Volkswagen Jetta Sport had to be towed to the dealership on June 12, 2026, with less than 1,200 miles on it after the instrument cluster displayed “Engine Overheat – Do Not Drive.” The vehicle required warranty repairs for a faulty coolant sensor, and the driver’s air vent also had to be replaced under warranty.
