Honestly, couldn’t be happier with my experience at VW Parks Autowerks. Big shoutout to Will for looking after my car. He’s a top bloke, really knows his stuff and was super professional. I'm OCD about my cars and often chose to do things myself so I know they are done right. It's still early days with Dave and his team, but so far I can see they have a keen eye for detail and know what they are talking about. I can certainly recommend them.
I’ve been taking my car here for servicing and various repairs for the past 5 years or so and I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Dave and the team have a wealth of knowledge and complete works to an exceptional standard with the utmost care and attention to detail. It’s always hassle free when I drop the car off and I’m never worried about getting a subpar service. Another great experience with Dave and the team. They replaced all four brake discs and pads, changed the cam follower and checked everything over on my Mk5 GTI. The car feels so comfortable to drive now and the brakes feel great. I'm really happy with the work. Every time I come here they always do a little extra at no charge, which I really appreciate.
